I welcome you back to center, where all healing remains.
The wholesome harmony of well being provides me with the impetus
to continue gathering tools of vibrational & hands-on healing modalities.
With a thorough understanding of energetic anatomy,
I create space for others to integrate & open up
communication between the many layers of being
including their physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies.
Miraculous transformation occurs when we have faith in our innate ability
to connect with the intelligence that brings homeostasis. There remains a part of us that remembers how we tie the knots of trauma bonds. This formation is a natural response hold and protect ourselves during a time where safety felt threatened. When we no longer need these defenses up, and are provided a safe space to feel held and relaxed, we activate this memory, which guides us through untangling the knots back to a place of freedom. I am here to provide you a place to unwind into deep restoration through the allowance of rest within my care.

modalities integrated
into sessions…
Visionary Craniosacral Work® …
is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy. The craniosacral system includes the brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the system of membranes inside the cranium, all 22 cranial bones, the spine and the sacrum. What the Navajo call ‘the wind’s child,’ Genesis calls ‘the breath of life.’ It is a silent force, a field of chi, which blows through the craniosacral system, animates it, and infuses it with information and intelligence.
It is possible to listen to this field. The ability to do this is called ‘the heart of listening.’
A visionary knows how to touch a client with precise and gentle contacts that help the client feel more aligned, and more at home in themselves. Sometimes, by touching just the right place in just the right way, a visionary can help the client understand what troubles them, and what they need to reclaim their equanimity, and their place in life. Such work can also help the client access and release their healing potential.” http://milneinstitute.com
Somato (Body) Respiratory Integration (SRI) …
is designed to educate you to your body rhythms and inner wisdom through gentle touch, focused attention, motion and breath. SRI exercises (based on Donald Epstein’s book The12 Stages of Healing) are designed to help the brain to reconnect with the body and its experience, and gently guide you through periods of transformation and change.“ http://www.transendance.com/somato-respiratory-integration.html
Viceral Manipulation...
assists functional and structural imbalances throughout the body including musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous, urogenital, respiratory, digestive and lymphatic dysfunction. It evaluates and treats the dynamics of motion and suspension in relation to organs, membranes, fascia and ligaments. VM increases proprioceptive communication within the body, thereby revitalizing a person and relieving symptoms of pain, dysfunction, and poor posture.
An integrative approach to evaluation and treatment of a patient requires assessment of the structural relationships between the viscera, and their fascial or ligamentous attachments to the musculoskeletal system. Strains in the connective tissue of the viscera can result from surgical scars, adhesions, illness, posture or injury. Tension patterns form through the fascial network deep within the body, creating a cascade of effects far from their sources for which the body will have to compensate. This creates fixed, abnormal points of tension that the body must move around, and this chronic irritation gives way to functional and structural problems.” https://www.barralinstitute.com/therapies/
Breathwork
“Breathwork increases the oxygen supply in our system which activates more brain power, increases energy levels, and expands our awareness and concentration. It also facilitates a powerful detoxification process as 70% of our toxins are released through our breath! If we are not breathing at full capacity it is safe to say that we are not functioning at full capacity. Breathwork allows us to restore our connection to our life force – without the breath we cannot live and by consciously re-connecting to it we are increasing our attention and awareness and therefore our capacity to live a more full and healthy life. Long held trauma can often be released in a guided breathwork session, creating more space for you to feel more alive! With expanded awareness we are able to see our lives from different points of view, allowing us to actively make more empowered choices. It is not just our brains that archive our journey through life, but our bodies too are left with the imprints of our experiences. Breathwork is a powerful tool for accessing this archive and releasing any memories that might be trapped in the body before they turn into dis-ease or illness. Breathwork can support all healing processes and is particularly supportive of the following…”

Reflexology
is the application of pressure to areas on the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may be an effective way to alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body. Proponents believe that pressure applied to these areas affects the organs and benefits the person’s health. “https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/consumer-health/expert-answers/what-is-reflexology/faq-20058139
Traditional Thai massage...
is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment effects are enhanced when the patient is fully relaxed and breathing deeply. This traditional healing practice, called nuad or nuad boran in the Thai language, stands in sharp contrast to western massage therapies.
Traditional Thai massage rarely uses oils or lotions, and the recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the practitioner and client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body of the recipient. In this process, joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well being.” http://thaihealingalliance.com/description-of-traditional-thai-massage/
ACE Massage Cupping...
is a wonderful ancient tool has found its place in the contemporary world of health care. ACE Massage Cupping™ is a modern form of vacuum therapy, and the incredible results that this simple treatment produces have truly impressed those who experience its subtle power.
By creating suction and vacuum pressure, ACE Massage Cupping™ is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, move deep inflammation to the skin surface for release, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
ACE Massage Cupping™ therapy is incredibly versatile and the basic movements can easily be customized to accomplish a wide variety of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release. This complements many health modalities ranging from spa treatments and medical massage to chiropractic, physical and occupational therapies.” https://massagecupping.com
Reiki
is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an “attunement” given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of “life force energy” to improve one’s health and enhance the quality of life.” https://www.reiki.org/faq/whatisreiki.html
